Collaborate closely with the President of Sales and Marketing to devise and implement quarterly and monthly plans for team success.

Foster a culture of excellence through regular meetings, performance dialogues, and ongoing training sessions.

Play a crucial role in talent acquisition, ensuring recruitment and management of top professionals in your region.

Utilize strategic insights to refine annual business plans, providing valuable input to senior leadership and maintaining accurate CRM data.

Staying Ahead of Industry Trends and Client Needs:

Qualifications:
