15 years of business-to-business industry experience in a Commercial or Sales role with at least 3-5 years in a Global Vice President role

Must have experience in the food ingredient space focused on B2B solution selling and not commodity based sales

Must have experience managing marketing teams and marketing strategy

Proven experience in leading and achieving goals in a global organization

A deep commitment to the "Customer Experience Commitment" and a track record of delivering exceptional customer service

Demonstrated success in transforming sales organizations from 'good' to 'excellent' and transitioning from reactive to proactive strategic planning

Strong leadership qualities, with a customer-centric approach and excellent problem-solving skills

Collaborative and skilled in partnering with executive leadership to meet and exceed expectations

Exceptional organizational skills, ability to multitask across multiple business units and market segments

Proactive and able to take initiative without constant direction

Highly persuasive in both internal and external sales interactions

Creative thinker who explores new solutions and strategies to meet and exceed goals

Strong stress tolerance and the ability to manage competing priorities

Passionate and enthusiastic about the job

Executive presence and experience presenting to board members

Responsibilities

The Global Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing is responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales execution at CP Kelco

Reporting directly to the President, this role serves as a key member of the executive leadership team, guiding the company toward achieving its growth objectives and annual sales targets

Develop and implement strategies to achieve annual sales targets and support company growth goals

Drive profitable sales and marketing growth while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction among both direct clients and distributors

Lead and manage a global team of sales and marketing professionals based in multiple countries

Achieve financial targets for sales, gross margin, and overall profitability

Provide strategic direction and create sales plans for the sales staff, ensuring effective implementation and goal achievement

Responsible for marketing teams and strategy to include; branding, communications, CX, strategic tradeshow activities, print and media

Direct the implementation and execution of sales policies and procedures

Establish and monitor metrics for both activity and results, including sales funnel, account planning, joint sales calls, executive calls, and supplier target accounts

Actively engage in resolving business issues with customers

Conduct quarterly internal business reviews and board meetings with Corporate

Regularly interact with the executive team and department heads to ensure operational priorities align with the direction of the Ingredients Business

Develop and track financial results and success criteria for all group activities

Implement a continuous improvement process to enhance performance

Conduct regular coaching sessions to foster professional growth

Communicate effectively and consistently with the direct team as well as across departments and divisions

Develop an effective sales and go-to-market strategy, design efficient sales territories, and successfully implement sales force design changes

Establish sales forecasts and financial budgets, including profit and loss projections

Develop targeted customer account plans aligned with corporate strategy and profitability goals

Create a detailed strategic and tactical business plan to achieve company growth targets

Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and adapt existing initiatives to meet evolving customer needs

Analyze the competitive landscape and provide regular business forecasts to support strategic organizational objectives

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, both at the executive and local levels

Foster a strong working relationship with the Executive Team, Divisional leaders, and Huber Board Members
