The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution focused with both corporate communication and change experience.This role is primarily focused on communication activities that help drive awareness of and engagement with client transition initiatives. The incumbent of the role will work with CBRE colleagues and client representatives to develop and deliver clear and concise messaging aligned with client objectives and/or project goals and critical metrics.**What You'll Do:**Lead and develop communications strategies and plans for all impacted collaborator groups across multiple client transition projects.Lead and facilitate execution of all communications results identified in the communications plan, in collaboration with other key partners on client transition teams, using a multi-channel approach (employee intranet, email, town halls, newsletters, and other channels).Develop standardized communication resources, templates, and playbooks that can be applied across projects.Lead and/or participate in team initiatives specific to communications and organizational change.Manage and coordinate a comprehensive training communication plan for all account team hires; work closely with workstream leaders to identify training needs and schedule.Ability to write storytelling messaging and content for internal and client-facing presentations.Assist with client-facing and internal presentations and meetings, including slide deck development.Track progress and achievements across the timeframe and find opportunities to amplify key messages and success narratives to the wider Property Management business, and work with the Global Communications team to deliver them.Responsible for measurement and reporting of communication activities and implementing any improvements.**What You'll Need:**To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. Able to anticipate needs of transition leadership and teams and create communications materials quickly and to a high quality.+ **Collaborative partner** . Adept at building internal relationships/dialogue to facilitate process. Regularly partners with members of the Transition Team, Property Management Corporate Communications team, regional and global business leaders, and cross-functional partners.+ **Excellent writing and communication skills** . Able to facilitate relationships and communication internally and with client representatives.+ **Strong attention to detail** , including strong editing capabilities and interest in achieving the highest quality outcomes possible.+ **Energetic, enthusiastic and people oriented** . Enjoys working with different personalities and can adapt to/accommodate others’ working styles to get things done.+ **Experienced communications professional.** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5-7 years of related experience. The minimum salary for theCommunications Manageris $100,000 annually and the maximum salary for theCommunications Manageris $160,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
