And, more than anything, it’s about bringing people together.If you’re ready to be a part of our team, we encourage you to apply.Job DescriptionPosition SummaryBrookfield Properties has an immediate need for a Senior Manager, Property Marketing at the Toyota Music Factory in Irving, Texas.Reporting to the Director of Property Marketing, this position is a dedicated marketing resource assigned to lead, plan and execute annual, property-wide, integrated and innovative strategic marketing programs. These strategic marketing programs drive foot traffic and improve top-of-mind awareness for the property.ResponsibilitiesStrategy Development+ Collaborate in formulating a long-term, research-driven strategic vision for the Property and its competitive landscape. This will encompass a comprehensive “Annual Marketing Plan”, with a focus on social media, activations, advertising, public relations, branding, sponsorship, tenant support, and incentive programs+ Lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic direction to deliver an innovative, integrated annual marketing plan and budget leveraging a broad marketing mix to position the Toyota Music Factory strongly in the market and drive engagement, traffic, increased consumer spend and frequency of visits, and awareness of the Toyota Music Factory+ Have a very detailed understanding of sales performance and traffic results and their implication to ongoing strategy+ Represent marketing team as marketing subject matter expert, consult with internal and external partners to ideate and deliver marketing strategies and plans+ Educate local teams on marketing best practices and ensure that all tactics are on-brandPlanning+ Project manage the creation, delivery and optimization of marketing campaigns – from large/complex to short/specific – that deliver on the value proposition of the annual marketing plan+ Partner with accounting to diligently manage budgets, partner with legal to oversee contract development+ Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing Channel Team to plan, execute and measure creative and impactful digital and traditional media strategies+ Seek and encourage tenant participation in marketing programs as an effort to promote their business and add value to overall marketing efforts+ Leverage Project Management platform(s) to organize and inform work-teams, document decisions, share creative assets and assign tasks+ Provide regular status reports and briefings to stakeholders, including Asset Management, and functional leadership teams+ Source and manage local agency partners (i.e. PR agency, event agency, social medial management agency, creative contractor, sponsorship agencies, website management)+ Work with Sponsorship agency to plan and fulfill all current and future sponsorship agreements. This will include, but not limited to, weekly meetings, planning events, sharing recaps and consumer engagement with sponsor partners/brands, and creating additional value, all while upholding brand standards for both the sponsor and the property+ Oversee specialty agreements to ensure all outlined requirements are coordinated and fulfilled. This may involve, but not limited to, a focus on events and advertising partners. Each lease that will need oversight includes specific responsibilities that must be managed to ensure agreement complianceDay-to-Day Execution+ Act as the property’s media contact, collaborate with Corporate Public Relations to respond to property specific media inquiries+ Deliver creative and flawlessly executed events and activations as outlined in the marketing plan, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Focus all efforts on enhancing the property, driving traffic, and increasing brand awareness. Meticulously plan and execute each event, paying close attention to detail and logistics to ensure seamless implementation. Events should include, but are not limited to, themes such as sports, music, culture, community, food, and entertainment+ Develop and nurture strong community relationships to attract new events and potential partnerships to the property. Actively engage with organizations such as the Irving Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Chamber of Commerce, the city, LCA, Hotels, Housing communities and other community-focused initiatives within the greater Irving area+ Develop strong tenant relationships and create plans for tenant support as needed+ Oversee traditional and digital marketing strategies and activities for the property, including social and web publishing, SEO measurement, optimization, and maintenance while ensuring alignment with editorial guidelines and brand standards+ Create, edit, and publish engaging content to property’s social media platforms, while following brand and quality standards. This will also include and is not limited to the monthly email newsletter+ Support the leasing function through participation in the leasing process and collaborate on the development of leasing materials this include updating the leasing deck, new tenant openings, and tenant transitions.+ Manage tenant graphic creative and installations, directory signage, and other property signage needs+ Continuously monitor, measure, and report on activation performance and campaign results. Deliver actionable insights that drive ongoing improvement and optimization through regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings, or reports.+ Manage and prioritize work effectively to ensure internal deadlines, timetables and approvals are met+ Ability to occasionally work nights and weekends based on the marketing programming calendar.
