Marketing Data SpecialistApply now (c4.pageuppeople.com/apply/674/gateway/default.aspx?c=apply&lJobID=532703&lJobSourceTypeID=796&sLanguage=en-us) Job no: 532703Work type: Staff Full-TimeLocation: Main Campus (Gainesville, FL)Categories: Communications/Public Relations/Marketing, Human ResourcesDepartment: 62011100 - HR-COMMUNICATIONS & WORKLIFEClassification Title:Marketing and Communications Specialist IIJob Description:Campaign Development:+ Administer and configure the CRM system to meet organizational needs.+ Collaborate in creating targeted campaigns for a variety of current and potential employee populations, utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.+ Track campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.+ Liaise with UFHR and university-wide stakeholders to implement automation solutions and enhance efficiency.Campaign Maintenance & Tracking:+ Coordinate the scheduling and execution of marketing communications.+ Establish and maintain campaign populations via manual and automated processes.+ Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using various analytics tools.+ Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize future campaigns.+ Ensure accurate and up-to-date audience segmentation for tailored messaging.+ Utilize standard templates for routine messages and updates, ensuring timely delivery.Data Analysis & Reporting:+ Compile comprehensive reports on campaign effectiveness and key performance indicators.+ Develop and maintain dashboards for stakeholder reviews.+ Collaborate with UF stakeholders to extract and analyze employee data for recruitment and retention purposes as well as to ensure project outcomes.+ Identify trends and insights to inform marketing and outreach strategies and decision-making.+ Partner with UFIT (UF Information Technology) to refine data segmentation for improved insights.Web/Digital Marketing Support:+ Integration of campaign elements into existing digital platforms including tracking links, customized forms, and other marketing data related elements.+ Email administration, communications, and marketing support.Expected Salary:$60,000-$70,000Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, information technologies, or related field. Previous experience with marketing, data analysis and campaign management.
