Previous applicants do not need to reapply._**This position provides support for agency business process documentation with a continuous improvement lens to provide process improvement recommendations. This position also works to solve enterprise-wide process problems by leading engagements that identify, facilitate, and implement data-driven improvement efforts with the agency. The identified process improvement efforts may be driven by either recommendation provided from the incumbent or from the Executive Management Team.**Minimum Qualifications***To facilitate proper crediting, please ensure that your resume clearly describes your experience in the areas listed and indicates the beginning and ending month, day and year for each job held.*Three (3) years of advanced professional experience with continuous improvement and enterprise/organizational change management. Experience must demonstrate:**A BA in Business Administration, Information, Management, or closely related field may substitute for 1 year of experience or an MA may substitute for 18 months experience+ Experience establishing and implementing continuous improvement concepts, methods, and tools to business processes.+ Experience leading or coordinating continuous improvement projects.+ Experience collaborating effectively across all levels of an organization+ Experience implementing change management principals, tools, and methodologies such as: Lean, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, ISO, theory of Constraints, and Agile.+ Excellent writing and documentation skills to clearly write and edit procedural materials and business process documentation.+ Strong attention to detail and excellent editing and proofreading skills+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization+ Ability managing multiple projects with competing deadlines**Preferred Qualifications**+ Six Sigma experience level Yellow or above+ Experience with project development, program delivery, scope, cost, etc.+ Experience creating training materials and presenting on quality assurance, continuous improvement, and business processes+ Experience analyzing products and documents for Quality Assurance**Additional Requirements**It is the policy of the Retirement Systems of MN that all employees submit to a background investigation prior to employment.
