They also serve as the agency webmaster.**Minimum Qualifications**To facilitate proper crediting, please ensure that your resume/application clearly describes your experience in the areas listed below, and indicate the beginning and ending month and year for each job held:+ Five (5) years of experience in marketing and/or communications in a complex organization.+ Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, graphic design, public relations or closely related field can substitute for 1 year of experience.+ Master's degree in communications, marketing, graphic design, public relations or closely related field can substitute for 18 months of experience.+ Five (5) years of experience in graphic design with advanced skills using Adobe Creative Suite.+ Three (3) years of experience in writing and editing copy, press releases, and other marketing materials.+ Three (3) years of experience in implementing effective digital marketing campaigns via social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc), emails, and newsletters on behalf of an organization.+ Three (3) years of experience in website content management and strategy.+ Demonstrated experience in basic video editing and production.**Preferred Qualifications**+ Experience with making documents accessible.+ Background in printing production processes (packaging design files, getting quotes, etc).+ Ability to plan, develop, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a collaborative setting.+ Knowledge of communications tools like Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Google Advertising, CMS, and email marketing platforms.+ Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in diverse communities.+ A strong mix of creativity with the ability to communicate complex topics in plain language.**Physical Requirements**+ Ability to position self and move sufficiently to perform repetitive tasks.+ Maintain a stationary position for long periods of time.+ Ability to carry up to 20 pounds of weight on an infrequent basis.**Additional Requirements**+ SEMA4 Records Check (applies to current and past state employees only)+ Criminal History Check+ Employee Reference Check+ Social Security VerificationAN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYERMinnesota State Colleges and Universities is an Equal Opportunity employer/educator committed to the principles of diversity.
