Our world-class consultants unite people to work collaboratively to achieve project goals and make vision a reality.What you will be supporting:DRT will engage local health centers to support their data modernization efforts and advancing the outcomes of their patients while ensuring culturally appropriate approaches that respect local values and data sovereignty.What are we looking for?The User Experience Researcher works directly with public health analysts, project coordinators, legal experts, and technologists to design, develop, deploy, and maintain user interfaces. The Researcher will identify audiences of public health data collection and transmission systems. The Researcher will conduct research on culturally appropriate and industry best practices for those user profiles. The Researcher will define requirements per user community, test interfaces from the perspective of the user, and make recommendations for enhanced user experiences.Fun stuff you will do on the job:• Defines and designs customized user experiences/user interfaces• Develops and manages a schedule to meet requirement deliverables• Creates wireframes, designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, and sitemaps• Produces and presents demonstrations to business owners to collect feedback• • Supports requirements elicitation and provides feedback to optimize requirements to align to UI/UX best practices; works with business owners and analysts to create, revise, and approve user stories• Tests, troubleshoots, and resolves issues for UI elements within larger systems• Conducts research and analysis to prepare recommendations on product design• Completes tasks on time with minimal supervision but supports collaboration across teamsThis is you:• At least four years of experience in user experience roles• Experience with Section 508-compliance requirements• Experience in human-centered design concepts and practices• Experience with mobile-first/responsive, dynamic, and scalable web applications• Experience with Visio, HTML, and CSSYou will wow us even more if you have these skills:• Tribal community involvement experience• Public health project experienceEducation & Training:• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public health, or related fieldDRT’s culture is reflective of our core values:+ Professionalism:
