With a digital-first mindset, you'll spearhead the development of product marketing strategies that align with the Consulting practice's strategic goals and revenue plan. Your expertise in product positioning, messaging, and market segmentation will be pivotal in crafting compelling narratives that not only challenge conventional thinking but also drive lead generation and maximize market impact. By collaborating with content partners and cross-functional teams, you'll ensure that our go-to-market programs are sharply focused on addressing key audience pain points and delivering value propositions that stand out in the competitive landscape.We are in search of a visionary marketer with a product marketing prowess, someone who combines innovative thinking with strong business acumen, strategic planning, and collaborative execution.Your key responsibilities:As the Tech Digital Marketing Leader, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive demand and measurable impact for our Tech buyer audiences. Your role is pivotal in translating product features into benefits and crafting marketing programs that articulate the unique selling points of our services and solutions.Responsibilities include:+ Leading a digital-first, demand generation team to design and implement product-led marketing programs, informed by a deep understanding of the sales funnel and content strategy, including product thought leadership.+ Aligning campaign development with product roadmaps and business objectives for key buyer personas, ensuring a seamless product narrative across all channels.+ Crafting innovative multi-channel campaigns focused on product differentiation to drive MQLs and pipeline, while optimizing campaigns at each stage of the funnel.+ Utilizing marketing automation and lead management to efficiently orchestrate all product marketing programs and workflows.+ Collaborating with the content strategy team to develop high-impact product assets and optimize SEO/SEM, ABM, social, and PPC strategies for product promotion.+ Building integrated product marketing campaigns in partnership with other service lines and sectors across the Americas.+ Measuring, analyzing, and reporting on product campaign performance.+ Managing direct reports, including project management and reporting related to product marketing initiatives.+ Engaging BMC specialty groups proactively to ensure the completion of product marketing deliverables, including product communications, video, thought leadership, branding, and digital marketing.+ Adhering to EY's policies and guidelines while maintaining a product marketing focus.+ Project managing complex product marketing programs and fostering relationship-building efforts.Skills and attributes for success:+ Expertise in creating strategic, targeted, and impactful go-to-market initiatives that effectively commercialize products and solutions.+ A proven track record of success in product marketing, with the ability to craft engaging content and programs that highlight product value and drive strategic initiatives.+ Demonstrated ability to create measurable impact through exceptional client service, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for product marketing management.+ Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead complex product marketing programs and drive relationship-building efforts at all levels, internally and externally.+ Experience managing relationships with external agencies, effectively communicating product needs and KPIs to brief and engage outside vendors.+ Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua, Google Analytics/Ads) to target buyers, benchmark product campaigns, and track ROI.What we look for in a candidate:+ A minimum of 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in product marketing to CIOs and tech buyers.+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with an MBA being highly desirable.+ Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and analytical skills.+ Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex product information in a clear, concise, and compelling manner for broad audiences.+ Poise and confidence to interact professionally with various levels of leadership and stakeholders.**What we offer**We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $98,100 to $178,100. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $117,700 to $202,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
