Working closely with content partners, you’ll develop insights that challenge thinking with greater focus on business implications, driving lead-gen activity and maximizing impact.Your key responsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive marketing strategies for end-to-end demand generation programs including drip/nurture email campaigns and content syndication.Lead a digital first, demand generation team to plan and execute end-to-end demand generation programs for Tech buyers.Ensure campaigns align to business goals for key buyer personas.Create innovative multi-channel campaigns to drive MQLs and pipeline.Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline and measure all marketing programs.Collaborate with content strategy team to develop high impact assets and optimize SEO/SEM strategies.Measure, analyze and report campaign performance.Oversee direct reports and manage project management and reporting.Skills and attributes for successAdept at creating strategic, targeted and impactful go-to-market initiatives.Proven track record in multichannel marketing.Ability to project manage complex programs and drive relationship building efforts.Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, Google Analytics).What we look for in a candidateMinimum of 10+ years of experience in marketing; experience marketing to CIO and tech buyers preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field; MBA desired.Strong business acumen and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.What we offerWe offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $98,100 to $178,100.
