As an organization, our focus is positioning AWS accurately and positively, and ensuring we have a coordinated response to key issues that may span the AWS business.Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an Analyst Relations Operations Sr. Specialist, Tools & Integrations who will plan and implement business processes and marketing tools that drive scale and optimization across the Worldwide Analyst Relations team. This person will be expected to evaluate needs within the team to streamline our work to drive scale and efficiency. This will include automating existing manual processes with new tools, partnering with internal and external teams to design then implement integrations, re-designing existing business processes for efficiency, and/or bringing new tools to the team that enable new capabilities.The ideal candidate will have experience designing business process and proven success in planning, implementing and managing marketing/project management/analyst relations tools and processes. We’re looking for someone with a passion for designing process for efficiency and scale that has proven success driving continuous improvement projects across an analyst relations or marketing team.You must be comfortable working cross functionally and demonstrate bias for action. Being able to establish trust with a variety of stakeholders across multiple time zones, improve processes, and find creative way to remove blockers are a must. This person will be fully competent in a variety of project management tools, methodologies and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle and exhibit demonstrated proficiency in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, resources, risk management, reporting and metric development/tracking.Key job responsibilities* Work collaboratively with team members in the Analyst Relations team and across the broader marketing org to identify needs for new tools and/or process improvement.* Act as the primary project owner of the implementation of analyst relations processes and tools.* Act as the primary project owner for evaluation and potential implementation and management of a new Workfront solution for the team.* Configure, maintain, and manage Workfront workflows, request queues, user accounts, custom fields, dashboards, reports and third party integrations.* Configure Workfront objects (custom forms, project templates, programs, portfolios, reports, dashboards, approval processes, milestones, email notifications, statuses, job roles, teams, groups, scorecards, expense types, risk types, layout templates, filters, views, groupings, etc.)* Implement enhancements and roll out new features* Conduct ongoing business analysis and designs, coordinate change management activities, managed escalations and lead training plans.* Act as a facilitator/trainer to enable team adoption of tools and processes.* Triage, troubleshoot and resolve incidents according to standard operating procedures related to processes and tools.A day in the lifeDiverse ExperiencesAmazon values diverse experiences. That’s why you’ll find endless knowledge-sharing, mentorship and other career-advancing resources here to help you develop into a better-rounded professional.Basic Qualifications- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)- 3+ years experience in program or project management.- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience utilizing Excel.- 2+ years experience with ETL, 1P integrations, and 3P integrations.- 2+ years managing sprints and change management of 1P/3P integrations. Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.- Experience working with vendors, finance, legal, procurement, and application security/product security teams.Preferred Qualifications- Experience in multi-territory campaign management- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process- Project management skills with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail.- Ability to communicate business problems in simple and data backed narrative format.- Ability to quickly and efficiently prioritize multiple requests.- Experience working with distributed teams and excel at cross-group collaboration. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
