As an organization, our focus is positioning AWS accurately and positively, and ensuring we have a coordinated response to key issues that may span the AWS business.As the Marketing Advisory and Measurement Sr. Specialist, you support the AR team across digital marketing, data & analytics, and reporting. The right candidate has experience working across a highly-matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders and strong writing skills. Hands-on familiarity with martech and data visualizations tools is a must, as well as the ability to invent and simplify. You will work cross functionally, engaging with Program Managers, Product Managers, Marketing Managers, Engineers, Science teams, and Tech and Business Leaders on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will thrive in fact-paced environments, be able to manage through ambiguity and complexity, and invent and simplify processes.Key job responsibilitiesKey job responsibilities* Coordinating with cross-functional marketing, sales, and communications teams to publish, amplify, and track earned analyst assets* Dive deep to report out analyst asset KPIs and translate KPIs into meaningful insights and business recommendations for stakeholders* Make technical concepts intuitive for non-technical audiences* Building self-service mechanism(s) to scale publication of assets generated by AR* Support the AR measurement strategy inclusive of marketing attribution and efficiency metrics, segmentation, analyst behavior analytics, campaign performance reporting, and more* Working with a team of professionals that develop programs and integrated campaigns, and digital marketing strategy* Identifying best practices for audience targeting, email/digital strategy, and digital channel measurement* Delivering clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholders to ensure ongoing clarity about strategy, tactics, goals, and performance for digital channelsA day in the lifeWhy AWSAmazon Web Services (AWS) is the world’s most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform. That’s why you’ll find endless knowledge-sharing, mentorship and other career-advancing resources here to help you develop into a better-rounded professional.Basic Qualifications- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams- Experience with Martech tools (Marketo, GoToWebinar, Intrado, Uberflip), Project Management tools(Workfront, Asana, Smartsheet) and analytics services like QuickSight and Tableau.- 1+ years experience creating and executing integrated lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live and/or virtual events, webinars, email, organic social, paid media and CRM- 1+ years experience building and formatting web pages and email templates. Basic HTML/CSS skills for both email and webPreferred Qualifications- Experience in multi-territory campaign management- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process- Experience with SQL and advanced excel skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail. Analytical tendencies with a background in Digital Marketing or Marketing Operations. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market.
