Skin Creative is a newly formed, consumer-driven organization in BIC that is driving category leadership through a range of exciting temporary tattoo brands – including Inkbox, Tattly and Bodymark. In this newly developed role, the Creative Hub lead is responsible for translating brand strategies into compelling, leading edge and consumer-inspired executions. This role demands an equal balance of heightened design expertise and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail, creative excellence and a deep understanding of how to efficiently and effectively develop brand assets that achieve a variety of business needs..The Creative Senior Manager will manage both internal and external agency teams, ensuring that all creative projects align with our brand vision, business priorities, budgets, and timelines – while meeting the highest standards of quality execution that consumers demand.**Key Responsibilities:**1. Creative Leadership:+ Drive development of consumer and insights-driven brand style guides and ensure consistent execution of innovative, effective and industry-leading creative concepts that support our brand’s distinct strategies and business objectives.+ Ensure all creative work is on brand, on strategy, and meets the company’s standards for quality and effectiveness.2. Creative Execution and Production Excellence:+ Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.+ Harness deep understanding of marketing channels and how to execute consistent on-brand experiences for consumers across all online and offline channels including digital, retail, packaging, and beyond,+ Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation based on business and brand priorities and key drive periods.+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product development, sales) to ensure alignment and seamless execution.3.Collaboration and Team Management:+ Lead and manage internal creative resources, providing clear direction, feedback, and support.+ Liaise with external agency partners, ensuring their work aligns with our brand standards and strategic objectives.+ Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal and external teams.+ Inspire and mentor the creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.4. Strategic Execution:+ Translate brand strategies into actionable creative briefs and guide the creative team in developing impactful executions.+ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform and refine creative strategies.+ Evaluate the effectiveness of creative work, leveraging data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.5. Quality Control:+ Maintain an impeccable eye for detail, ensuring all creative output is polished, cohesive, and aligned with brand guidelines.+ Conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance the quality and effectiveness of creative work.**Qualifications:**• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.• 5-8 years of experience in a creative leadership role within the CPG, Fashion, or Beauty industry or within Creative Agency.• Proven track record of developing and executing successful and consumer-driven creative campaigns.• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.• Strong leadership and team management abilities.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Proficiency in creative tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Photoshop).• Deep understanding of brand strategy, consumer insights, and market trends.• Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.BIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
