**The Opportunity**Delaware North is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team in Buffalo, New York. The Digital Marketing Specialist will directly manage paid and unpaid efforts through organic, paid, and local search tactics across various channels, for multiple Delaware North properties. You will collaborate with our Digital Marketing teams, Marketing Managers, Operational Managers, and Marketing Executives to coordinate search efforts with property initiatives and broader marketing strategies.**Pay**Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $53600 - $69700 / yearIn addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
