Must be able to obtain Secret-level clearance from the DoD.****The Opportunity:**CACI is seeking an experienced and collaborative Senior Instructional System Designer (ISD) to work with a team of Complex Media Developers in creating training content for a Fire Controlman Aegis (FCA) course under the Navy Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) program. You’ll create PC Simulation scripts, support Live Government Reviews, and build On-Screen Lessons (OSL) in a Learning Content Management System (LCMS). Additionally, you’ll review training content to ensure accuracy and provide design feedback.**Responsibilities:**+ A professional who is responsible for reviewing Government Furnished Information (GFI) and subsequently researching and/or gathering missing content. Must be capable of creating and editing large volumes of PC Simulations scripts and ensure they are meeting design standards.+ Responsible for collaborating with Complex Media Developers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop technically accurate PC Simulations scripts.+ Interact with the customer and SMEs to ensure the technical accuracy of instructional content.+ Responsible for reviewing/editing Training Guides, Lesson Plans, online content, and other documentation.+ Assist in collecting and organizing information supporting manuals and training materials.+ Review all training materials developed by the FCA Instructional System Designers (ISDs).+ Support team meetings and provide technical guidance.**Qualifications:**_Required:_+ Experience using AIM CPM/LOM.+ Experience using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or eLearning development software.+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.+ Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals.+ Prior experience working on Sailor 2025 RRL Projects._Desired:_+ Prior experience developing content for Sailor 2025 RRL projects.-**What You Can Expect:****A culture of integrity.**At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
