We're driven by curiosity, passion, optimism, and the belief that everybody can grow.As a Senior Associate Product Analyst in the User Experience team, you will play a pivotal role in our multi-year strategy aimed at enhancing the data experience for over 5000 analysts at Chase. Together, we strive to significantly improve the quality of data discovery, wrangling, reporting, and publishing experiences for our analysts at Chase. Analyst Workbench(AWB) goal is to provide an end to end research and analytics experience for our Analysts and Data scientists. We are utilizing public cloud and is using the latest tech stack which will advance us to the next level of data excellence.**Job Responsibilities**+ Design thinking principles and methodologies to identify and solve business problems+ Collaborate very closely with the Product Manager to study client problems, and identify possible needs+ Use Cloud technology and advance analytics tools to solve user problems+ Collaborate with product and engineering team to detail out requirements, design tests, plan and coordinate A/B tests+ Design and translate ideas to wireframes using design tools like Figma+ Churn fuzzy needs into scalable business solutions+ Manage clients and stakeholders effectively+ Work with a large cross-functional team of leaders and inspire everyone with your growth mindset**Required Qualifications, skills and capabilities**+ Minimum 3 years working with cloud technology, micro services, or digital applications+ Masters in Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or any other technical areas+ Understand your clients and you apply creative product management and design thinking principles+ Expert technical knowledge and is very comfortable with public cloud technology***relocation support is not offered for this role, hybrid work schedule required 3 days onsite.***Chase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
