DescriptionAWS Marketing is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Marketing team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success.As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) in the Data: Science & Engineering (D:SE) organization, you will play a crucial role in translating goals into actionable plans and implementing efficient operational processes. Working collaboratively across teams, your responsibilities will include defining mechanisms, processes, executing projects and implementing change strategies. You will also be responsible for building optimal processes by collaborating with leadership team members to execute strategic initiatives across marketing campaign management and workflow automation. Overall, your expertise will drive strategic alignment, process efficiency, and successful project outcomes within our organization.Key job responsibilities* Collaborate with partner teams and stakeholders to translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans.* Design, optimize, and implement operational processes aligned with strategic objectives.* Evaluate and enhance existing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.* Identify and mitigate risks associated with strategic initiatives.* Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish reporting mechanisms via QBRs/MBRs* Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders for successful outcomes.* Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design) for project execution.* Act as a facilitator/trainer to enable adoption of team's tools and processes.About the teamAbout AWSDiverse ExperiencesAWS values diverse experiences. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
