At **ManTech International Corporation** , you’ll help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Corporate Communications Specialist** to join our team in the Springfield, Virginia.This position is to support the Government lead to deliver a comprehensive and integrated oversight and compliance capability that enables the customer to conduct authorized missions in accordance with Federal law and policy protecting privacy rights and civil liberties. This position is part of the ODE PMO that sets, maintains, and ensures standards for project management by directing project activity, tracking project status, and applying best practices. This position will support the Government to apply deep subject matter expertise and develop new and update existing policies, procedures, strategic implementation plans as well as develop and deliver tailored training related to the ODE mission.**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**+ Create, update, and edit all communication-related activities including, but not limited to newsletters, information sheets, web site content, and other products for both internal and external distribution+ Develop, write, and distribute content to promote ODE’s brand, activities, or goals.+ Act as a liaison between the Office of Communications to ensure timely and appropriate publication of material for the NGA workforce+ Partner with ODE's government staff to provide all diversity-related communication materials and products for the agency and to oversight (e.g., ODNI, EEOC, OPM).+ Identify, develop, implement ODE’s communication plan+ Administer quality control and process improvement activities, including developing plans and implementation strategies related to ODE’s communications, both internal to ODE and to the Agency’s workforce+ Write and maintain supporting documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and guidelines for communication materials and plans+ Support annual, quarterly, and ad hoc internal and external reporting requirements by preparing and delivering briefings and reports as needed for both technical and non-technical audiences+ Participate in meetings with ODE and partners (to include leaders at all levels and others, as needed) related to diversity and inclusion and study implementation topics.+ Participate in IC and Federal Government working groups as directed.+ Acknowledge all customer requests within four business hours depending on the request**Minimum Qualifications:**+ 11+ years related experience in the communications and/or workforce diversity related field+ Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Communications, or a similar field with strategic planning experience OR 4 additional years of relevant experience+ Ability to develop strategic plans and guides related to communication products and services+ At least 2 years of experience with communication products and services+ Excellent written and oral communication skills+ Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders to ensure a positive outcome/product+ Experience creating and implementing communication plans and products**Preferred Qualifications:**+ SME in communications and public affairs fields+ Experience working independently or under limited supervisor and deliver outcomes on time+ Competency performing significant staff officer duties with little to no supervision+ Experience interacting with senior-level directors and/or agency heads/senior leadership**Clearance Requirements:**+ Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a Poly**Physical Requirements:**+ Ability to remain in a stationary position 50%+ Ability to occasionally move about inside the office to attend meetings and speak to customers in-person.+ Ability to communicate with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations--must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.+ Ability to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment.\#GEOINTopportunitiesFor all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
