Showcasing your ability to measure and record Procurement impact influencing the organization. Utilizing data to help communicate and story tell to help influence the broader stakeholder community.+ **Stakeholder Engagement** - Realizes business needs and engages with stakeholders to meet their priorities and requirements and therefore, builds effective, trustful, personal relationships.+ **Communicator** - Developing the ability to be concise, accurate and timely in your ability to disseminate information to whomever needs it. An increasing awareness and continuous improvement of your communication style. The ability to keep things concise using plain easily understandable language.+ **Problem Solver** - Works to define, plan and solve common business problems across the function and company utilizing a Procurement mindset. Challenging the status quo and asks questions to understand "root cause" issues and develops a plan to solve problems.+ **Sourcing Process** - Experience with the strategic sourcing process, supporting the sourcing process to ensure the proper execution of sourcing activities. Experience leading basic negotiations while utilizing the appropriate process and tools.+ **Sourcing Events** - Plans and executes lower complexity sourcing events to create a competitive advantage (e.g. spend reduction, supply security and/or time-to-market). Supports and conducts basic supplier negotiations, awards suppliers and conducts post negotiation debriefs. Ensures proper documentation of events in Coupa tool.+ **Financial Acumen** - Developing the understanding of financial effects and the relationships of various aspects of the business. Capable of applying financial concepts, metrics, and analysis to make sound judgements, decisions, and practices. Also demonstrates the ability to "speak the language" of the business and translating Procurement language into language our stakeholders can understand.+ **Continuous Improvement** - Basic understanding of the need for continuous improvement in their roles and across the company. Familiar with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean, etc.).**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**+ How do you handle a challenge stakeholder with urgent project timelines?+ What type of environment and management style do you feel that you thrive in?**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**+ Proficiency with SAP.+ Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI, etc.).+ Proficiency in Contract Lifecycle Management application (iCertis).+ Proficiency of eRFX applications (Coupa).+ Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Science, Engineering or Business Management, or related field - Post Graduate Degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field - equivalent years of work experience.+ At least 1-3 years of professional business experience with Bachelor's or equivalent degree **OR** at least 1-3 years of professional business experience with a Post Graduate degree **OR** at least 6+ years of professional business experience with no degree.+ Solid experience of Procurement Marketing Materials and Services.+ Solid experience with Point of Sale Merchandizing and Promotional Print.**BENEFICIAL**+ Preferably, candidates would have experience working in a highly regulated environment.+ Experience in vendor management and relationship building.**WE ARE REYNOLDS AMERICAN—A member of the BRITISH AMERICAN TOBACCO GROUP**At Reynolds American, we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
