At TFS, you will help create best-in-class customer experience in an innovative, collaborative environment._To save time applying, Toyota does not offer sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based visas or any other work authorization for this position currently._**Who We’re Looking For**Toyota’s Indirect Procurement Shared Services Department is looking for a highly motivated and qualified Senior Procurement Sourcing Analyst for the Marketing Technology category.The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the creation and execution of category procurement strategies for the following Marketing categories:+ Advertising/Marketing Technology: Customer facing websites, resources supporting maintenance of marketing applications and advertising planning/management tools.+ Corporate & Regional Sponsorships: All non-Motorsports sponsorships and any related event activationsReporting to the Advertising and Marketing Strategic Sourcing Manager, the person in this role will support the Indirect Procurement Shared Services department's objective to implement procurement strategies to reduce cost and mitigate risk for the business.**What You'll Be Doing**+ Developing and implementing multi-year sourcing strategies for responsible spend categories+ Designing, planning and completing key Request for Proposal, information, quote, etc.+ Manage the Ariba procure to pay process for respective categories/commodities+ Support the development and execution of contractual documents including Non-Disclosure, Services and other agreements as necessary to support Procurement and business needs+ Build and maintain close relationships with business units and supplier partners to deliver comprehensive and cross-enterprise process improvement solutions+ Effectively manage and all sourcing and price negotiation activities and incoming ad hoc business unit requests**What You Bring**+ Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with an emphasis in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or similar filed or equivalent experience+ Five or more progressive years of experience with indirect procurement sourcing, contract drafting and negotiations+ Two or more progressive years of experience with Software and related technology services sourcing and negotiations+ Ability to manage multiple tasks of varying complexities and successfully set priorities for meeting time-bound deliverables+ Exceptional analytic, organization, presentation and interpersonal skills with applied solid judgement and strategic thinking+ Demonstrated collaboration, communication (written and verbal) and influencing skills**Added Bonus If You Have**+ Masters or MBA degree in business, supply chain, or related field**What We’ll Bring**During your interview process, our team can fill you in on all the details of our industry-leading benefits and career development opportunities.
