$60-90K DOE with Medical, Dental and Vison BenefitsMarketing CoordinatorThe Marketing Coordinator supports the development and implementation of integrated communications and marketing campaigns in the North American market. This role involves initial requests for marketing support, planning and executing project requests, and creating assignments for the global in-house creative team.**Responsibilities**- Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager and team to understand marketing requirements and industry trends.- Develop and implement marketing campaigns for the US market.- Complete media projects, including case studies, photoshoots, and video content.- Design, execute, and manage social media campaigns.- Develop promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.- Stay updated with digital and social media trends and competitor insights.- Produce media reports and manage media distribution lists.- Organize and manage marketing and event projects related to interior acoustics.- Use project management systems to keep projects up to date.- Ensure timely and high-quality completion of all marketing activities.**Event & Sponsorship Management**- Coordinate the company’s presence at trade shows and local events.- Manage relationships with sponsorship organizations and track their impact.**Qualifications**- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and other marketing tools.- Experience in social media planning and event coordination preferred.- HubSpot Certification is a plus.- Background in architecture/design or sustainability is a bonus.**Core Competencies**- Flexible, adaptable, and proactive problem-solver.- High work standards with attention to detail.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong time management and organizational skills.- Resourceful, creative, and tech-savvy.- Able to work independently and in teams.- Confident, strategic, and creative thinker.- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and committed to outstanding customer service.**Pay Details:** $60,000.00 to $90,000.00 per yearEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to decco.com/en-us/candidate-privacyThe Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records subject to federal contractor requirements and/or security clearance requirements.
