We are driven by a commitment to offering effective, high-quality products that cater to the diverse needs of our discerning customers.About the RoleAs Senior Global Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind innovative global marketing strategies for Kiehl's, encompassing both new product launches and the reinvigoration of existing lines.You will lead a team in developing compelling 360-degree marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive impactful results across all consumer touchpoints – online and offline.Key Responsibilities:Concept Creation+ Leverage market trends, consumer insights, and innovation to develop data-driven marketing strategies and product concepts.+ Spearhead product creation and resupport, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams from ideation to launch.+ Ensure project feasibility, profitability, and alignment with brand DNA.+ Manage legal aspects of product launches, including naming and claims validation.Activation Orchestration+ Craft a seamless and engaging 360-degree customer journey for each product and campaign.+ Lead the development of impactful and consistent assets across all channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.+ Manage agency partnerships, ensuring briefs are clear and deliverables meet the highest standards.+ Develop compelling marketing toolkits and materials to support global markets.Project Management & Collaboration+ Oversee end-to-end project management, from concept development to post-launch analysis.+ Manage budget allocation in collaboration with Finance.+ Partner closely with global zones and markets to understand local nuances and performance.+ Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Retail, Creative, and Digital.Qualifications:+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.+ 5+ years of proven experience in global marketing, ideally within the beauty or skincare industry.+ A strong understanding of the global skincare market, particularly within UV categories.+ Exceptional project management and communication skills.+ Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams.Preferred Qualifications:+ Experience working with luxury beauty brands.+ Familiarity with international marketing strategies and best practices.What We Offer:+ Competitive Salary: $119,900 - $170,800 (based on experience)+ Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Pension Plan+ Hybrid Work Environment: 3 days in office, 2 days work-from-home+ Generous Time Off: Paid holidays, vacation, summer Fridays, and more+ L'Oréal Perks: Product discounts, mobile allowance+ Growth Opportunities: Learning platforms, mentorship programs, and moreWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
