Wayfair’s Specialty Retail Brands is seeking a dynamic and experienced Creative Operations Associate to work alongside our internal Creative Agency, as well as our Marketing and Brand partners. This person will be responsible for managing seasonal and brand multi-channel marketing campaigns from inception to delivery, and driving continuous improvement within the Creative Group against our established KPIs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of project management in a creative environment, with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

The Creative Operations team serves as the business owner of our Creative Group. This team drives the long-term strategy, scaling and day-to-day workflow for our diverse set of brands.

With hundreds of initiatives a month spanning all mediums, channels and disciplines, we are the driving force enabling our Creative talent to efficiently and effectively bring our brands to life with eye-catching visuals, strong messaging, and engaging storytelling.

Wayfair’s in-house Creative Agency operates on monthly project planning following an Agile-lite methodology through a Jira-based workflow system. Creative Operations owns planning and stakeholder management, ensuring that projects are delivered on-time, on brief and on budget.

What You’ll Do

Manage the execution of seasonal and brand marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social, and print.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Creative and Marketing to ensure campaigns are aligned with strategic goals and brand guidelines.

Support Creative Operations lead with creative prioritization in close collaboration with our Marketing, Brand and other business stakeholders.

Support team with monthly planning on inbound creative requests.

Develop project timelines and manage status reports for various projects.

Support & run project related meetings identifying potential issues and propose solutions to ensure deliverables are on track.

Track ongoing work and monitor creative capacity, flagging project related risks.

Monitor inputs (such as hour logging) that support the Creative Group KPIs and reporting.

Identify and establish standard operating procedures for Ops, Creative and Marketing teams to inform cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Need

1+ years of operations management experience

Brand Marketing or creative strategy experience a plus, but not required

Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, and traditional channels.

Creative critical thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for delivering innovative campaigns that drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Strong administrative, organization, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Analytical ability necessary to gather and interpret data, and develop, recommend and implement solutions

Able to work collaboratively across functions and synthesize multiple points of view into a streamlined action plan; able to effectively drive results in a fast-paced and rapidly growing company

Senior presence with thoughtful, articulate communication style; adept at communicating up and down and at pivoting approach depending on the audience’s needs

Familiarity with Google Suite a plus

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
