Other responsibilities include helping manage external vendor partnerships and relationships, being the main administrator of our CMS platform, and producing communication to the sales organization through our internal communication/training channels.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**+ Create and update sales/product materials by working with regional sales and marketing teams to ensure proper positioning and localization is achieved.+ Maintain and optimize our CMS by partnering with the internal marketing/sales teams. Responsible for project managing future CMS system enhancements and coordinating meetings with vendors.+ Build out training materials/workflows in partnership with HR to help deepen understanding of our Sales Enablement platforms including Salesforce.+ Partner with internal communication and HR teams to write marketing and sales communications including internal newsletters/websites.+ Coordinate with marketing design and content teams to create campaigns, digital and print advertisements for business-specific needs, events, recognition, and products.+ Work with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding across all regions and business unit materials by partnering with the broader marketing team.+ Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and select competitors' marketing and sales activities.+ Contribute to other marketing and sales collaborative efforts.**Qualifications**+ A team player and self-starter with a high level of personal ownership that acts with a sense of urgency.+ Excellent communicator with strong technical aptitude who remains abreast of industry/technology trends (to include mobile marketing and social media) and has strong marketing and business acumen.+ Broad knowledge of social media methodologies and techniques as well as the ability to come up with alternative ideas to leverage technology.+ Strong presentation skills+ Strong project management and organizational skills**Supervisory Responsibilities**+ None**Education and/or Experience**+ Bachelor’s degree required with concentration in Marketing, Public Relations or communications+ 3+ years’ experience in a B2B marketing environment, financial services experience preferred**Computer and Software Skills**+ Microsoft office suite+ Google Office Suite+ Excel**Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations**+ None**Preferred Qualifications**+ MBA+ Salesforce working experience and technical knowledge+ Experience reviewing banking forms and documents**_Equal Opportunity Statement:_**Enterprise Bank & Trust is committed to helping individuals with disabilities participate in the workforce and ensuring equal opportunity to apply and compete for jobs.
