At our very core, we are a human environment – passionate people mastering cutting-edge technology to continuously improve the greater mission of pet care.As the eCommerce Marketing Manager - Retail Media Center of Excellence, you’ll support the Brand Marketing Department, Customer Teams and Internal Media Team by delivering retail media expertise across our Pure Play and Omni retailer media groups, such as Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Roundel, and Kroger Precision Marketing. You’ll advocate for best practices across the media and retail landscape, demand the best consumer experiences possible for our brand campaigns, and drive a shared vision among the planning/buying Teams leading our holistic media strategy. The opportunity is vast to integrate greater analytics into Purina’s decision-making process related to investments.+ Demonstrate strong expertise in media and the evolving retail media eco-system across key channels for Purina (Mass, Grocery, Pure Play, Last Mile Delivery, Club, and Value)+ Lead retail media JBP negotiations and steward relationships with key retail media platforms to ensure success of our investments across all tactics, get access to emerging opportunities (ex: new tactics, technology, capabilities) and continue to test & learn to effect business impact+ Partner with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, E-Comm to understand enterprise/scale, brand, retailer, E-Comm growth objectives and translate these priorities into actionable retail media campaigns that drive omni-channel demand and conversion.+ Define, document, and deploy training materials & playbooks to drive adoption of best practices (this includes campaign planning/set-up, retail readiness, creative execution, etc)+ Collaborate with agency partners and internal stakeholders to create, track, and optimize KPIs/Performance Analytics for assigned functional area+ Increase adoption of fundamentals by integrating eCommerce activities into existing organizational ways of working, which includes mapping end-to-end eCommerce activities, collaborating with other functions and teams to refine processes, clarify roles/responsibilities, and effectively incorporate eCommerce needs further upstream+ Serve as strategic partner to educate Branded Marketing on the fundamentals of winning in E-Comm, and partner to drive results across the entire eBusiness value chain+ Identify new trends and leaders within the eCommerce landscape; activate relevant test and learns as defined+ Act as the liaison between Brand teams, media & analytics teams, the Amazon sales team, and external partners**Requirements**+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution+ 5+ years of professional experience with 3+ years of that experience in marketing (eBusiness, Digital Media, Branded Marketing, or Shopper Marketing) including retail media expertise working with commerce platforms (ex: WMC, Amazon, Instacart, Kroger, Albertsons, ADUSA, Dollar General, etc.), technology partners (ex: Pacvue), and DSPsThe approximate pay range for this position is $114,000 to $150,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
