POSITION SUMMARY
: The Content and Community Management Specialist is an exciting hire that is designed to help our brands build meaningful relationships with consumers. Their time will be split across making content and engaging with consumers on behalf of our brands. We're looking for someone who can spot a trend and either bring an ownable piece of content to life or join the conversation via comments. This tends to be one part dreamer, one part doer. They thrive in the fast pace of social media, obsessing over the nuances of platforms, and most importantly is a storyteller. They're a self-starter, pop culture enthusiast, and have strong written communication skills and editorial taste. We're seeking someone who can pinpoint today's microtrend, making it ownable and relevant for a brand without falling into the sea of sameness. If passionate about creating engaging and inspiring content for the health and wellness space, that's a huge bonus. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
: Creating social media content (both static and video) on the daily; liaising with creatives and social media team to stay in the know. Primarily focused on TikTok and Instagram. Overseeing the production of short / medium form content from beginning to end (includes filming, photographing, lighting, editing, sound design and distribution). You are comfortable working in a fast-paced organization while maintaining an understanding perspective to support business needs. You are a confident idea generator, conceptual storyteller, and strategic thinker. Develop and execute creative video concepts for digital and social usage. Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with client goals and messages. Feel comfortable deep diving into understanding our audience. Stay ahead of industry trends to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table. Potential to be on camera as necessary. Craft personalized communications that foster authentic connections. Develop a deep understanding of the brand tone in order to be able to insert the brand into timely conversations. Coordinate with our community management agencies to ensure consistency. Regularly collect and act on feedback the community management teams. Collaborate with internal stakeholders per brand to ensure all communication is up to date and accurate. Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies based on performance data to optimize results. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
: At least 1 year in a content creation role for brand, agency, or similar organization. Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required. Proficient in at least one video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DeVinci Resolve, etc.) and motion graphics tool (After Effects, Fusion, Blender etc.). Willingness to learn and use project management tools like Monday.com, Airtable, and SharePoint. PREFERRED SKILLS
: Excellent storyteller and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects, managing up when additional support is needed Fluent in what the modern consumer wants and needs Active participation in health and wellness/movement communities on these platforms is a plus. This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate's geographic location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, NJ, Chicago, IL, Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Long Island, NY. Theapproximate payrange for this position is $ 75,000.00 to $85,000.00.Please note that thepay rangeprovided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
