As a member of the Digital Team for the US and Canada markets, the Digital Marketing Technology Manager has experience working on enterprise websites, email development, and is comfortable managing event and ecommerce tags with a solid understanding of web analytics. You will report to the Head of Digital for the US and Canada and support various brand efforts. This is a contract-to-hire, onsite role. The candidate will work on a hybrid schedule (3 days per week at the office). Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in website management or equivalent. 3 years of email development experience supporting marketing, communication, and real-time triggered communications, partnering with IT and other systems. Hands-on experience with web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with Tag Management tools such as Tealium or Google Tag Manager. Experience with debugging and testing tools like Tag Assistant, Debugger, or browser console. Understanding of enterprise ESP configurations and automation data components. Passion for driving reliable data insights through validation and collaboration with IT, BI, and Analytics teams. Ability to innovate and tackle challenges creatively in deadline-driven environments. Experience with web accessibility, compliance, and upcoming regulations. Ability to develop solution strategies and communicate recommendations to executive leadership. Responsibilities
Managing a team of Email and Marketing Automation team members. Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and engineers to manage API calls and ETLs for data flow across ecommerce platforms, CRM, and ESP systems. Managing marketing data architecture to support initiatives, tracking, and dynamic email content. Establishing and owning website tagging, tracking, and analytics processes using tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity. Troubleshooting and resolving tracking implementation issues to ensure data accuracy. Designing and managing event tracking, e-commerce tracking, and consent management setups. Creating reports and dashboards in Looker Studio for cross-functional analysis, especially for marketing and merchandising teams. Developing and maintaining web SOPs and training documentation. Translating complex business strategies into automation, personalization, and segmentation solutions. Seniority level
