As an ACD Copywriter/Multi-cultural—Hispanic audiences, your team is compiled of multi-talented creative and strategic thinkers who concept, create and produce high-quality work that is relevant to the brand and compelling to the target audience. You have advanced skills in idea generation and writing, that can flex from digital to traditional and short to long form.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create concepts that work across multiple channels, and operate with a high degree of autonomy

Consult across agency, clients, and external partners to create/trans-create ideas for multi-cultural/Hispanic audiences

Concept and write for a variety of touchpoints, including: advertising, promotional, digital advertising, video, social and articles, based on client direction

Create concepts for the strategic positioning of new products and services, from consumer need to naming to final idea

Collaborate directly with legal and client teams

Present ideas to internal team and to clients. Be able to engage in strategic discussions and build upon feedback

Direct and supervise creative from concept through production, including client and legal reviews

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution

5+ years of professional experience with 3+ of those years of experience in copywriting

2+ years of experience working with/at a Hispanic Advertising/Communications agency or Client =

Other

Experience within an advertising/marketing agency or similar environment is preferred

Degree in Journalism or Marketing Communications is preferred

Previous experience with online content development is preferred

Experience working with grocery/mass merch retailers is preferred

The approximate pay range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
