We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This individual will be an experienced, client-centric, strategic marketer who will help support our wealth management segment strategy and go-to-market programs for Broadridge. The Broadridge Wealth business is poised for tremendous growth, and we are on a transformative journey to modernize our marketing operating model to help drive it.The candidate should have segment or industry marketing experience, preferably in the financial services or technology industry, and have a good understanding of the financial services ecosystem. The candidate should have experience in developing B2B marketing strategies and in building marketing campaigns and sales tools that deliver measurable results. In addition, the candidate must be able to thrive in a changing, highly complex, fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:+ Support the development of the wealth segment marketing strategy, in the US and Canada, aligned to business strategy and sales goals, and assist in managing the overall budget.+ Partner with Segment, Regional and central teams (Brand, Digital Events, PR), and with business and sales leaders, to develop unified messaging that brings together our breadth of offerings.+ Execute an appropriate mix of multi-channel, digital-first marketing tactics to deliver consistent and sustained marketing messages that reach the companys target audience to drive greater engagement and leads.+ Advance our influencer strategy by elevating the quality of our thought leadership, and our paid and owned events presence.+ Manage our digital and social presence, and guide and assist with our PR initiatives.+ Coordinate, plan, and assist in executing our events strategy.+ Embrace a performance-based marketing culture.+ Be creative! Innovate! Take risks! Learn!+ Maintain a calendar of all segment and region-specific efforts to proactively keep marketing colleagues and internal partners informed.+ Initiate and support new ideas, programs and processes to drive greater impact.+ Ensure all our marketing and communications effectively support and enhance the Broadridge brand.+ Measure and report on the impact of marketing activities to maximize ROI.+ Monitor competitor marketing activity and relevant customer trends.Skills & Competencies+ Program management - ability to deliver end-to-end execution across multiple solutions; Ability to prioritize workload, and work under tight deadlines, delivering projects on time and within budget.+ Communications/presentation skills communicate effectively across organizational levels and with different constituencies+ Change management/agility display a spirit of continuous improvement; Open to new challenges and willing to learn new skills; comfortable living in the gray+ Relationship-building skills able to develop networks throughout BR; Strong relationship-building skills; a natural networker who enjoys meeting new people+ Influence strong interpersonal skills to influence key stakeholders and build support.+ Emotional intelligence display awareness, empathy, acuity+ Teamwork/collaboration collaborate across teams and the broader organization; can roll up your sleeves to do the work as needed; Strong team player and can also work independently when required+ Global mindset experience and/or comfort working in a global organization+ Business acumen display some level of knowledge and awareness of the industries and businesses in which Broadridge and its competitors operate+ Marketing/brand acumen experience in several aspects of the B2B marketing mix; Understanding of how to operate in a segment marketing model+ Digital: Digital-first thinker. Deep understanding on how to leverage and optimize digital channels to deliver high performing marketing programsQualifications+ B2B marketing professional with 3-5 years of experience in a financial service and/or tech company. Experience in wealth management marketing is required.+ Experience in developing go-to-market strategies and tactics that deliver strong business and marketing results.+ Strong communication skills (spoken & written) and ability to effectively partner with key stakeholders.+ Broad, hands-on knowledge and experience in digital marketing with expertise in social and digital content marketing.+ Experience in some of the following area: events, PR, content marketing, brand initiativesSalary range $80,000.00- $85,000.00.
