Associate Athletic Director for Athletic Communications_

This position will serve as chief spokesperson and leader for athletic administration communications, manage its staff and develop and manage a strategic, innovative, and comprehensive external and internal communication strategy for Syracuse University Athletics. Primary point of contact for all Athletics executive level communications. Collaborate with the external entities of creative services, digital and brand strategy, Cuse.com/ all digital platforms, and Athletics Production/ACCN to formulate a strategic and integrated communications and brand strategy. Serve as senior staff member responsible for major management issues, strategy and planning and perform and lead various special projects as assigned by the Athletics Director and Deputy Athletics Director. Serve as Syracuse Athletics liaison the University communications and collaborate on issues management and media response strategy.
