And we’ll do it with the utmost integrity, and in an environment where everyone is seen, heard and feels like they belong.Join Team Amex and let's lead the way together.**Senior Analyst, GNS Benefits Enablement****Description**As part of Global Merchant & Network Services (GMNS), Global Network Services (GNS) manages partnerships with selective banks and issuers around the world, bringing them onto our Network to put American Express Cards in the hands of more people (including consumers, businesses and large corporations) and increases the number of businesses where they can use those cards.The GNS Product & Marketing team is a dynamic global marketing organization, providing consultative expertise on card products, capabilities, and marketing solutions to our GNS Partners, driving growth and delivering value to our network participants and the Enterprise. The team helps bring American Express to the GNS Partners and back them to enable their success. GNS Partners issue a broad range of consumer and commercial products and acquire merchants on the American Express network. Through these partnerships, we can offer exciting and innovative products and benefits in GNS countries, improving merchant coverage, strengthening the value proposition, and building upon the American Express brand.The **Senior Analyst, GNS Benefits Enablement,** will support the development and management of global benefits across more than 120 GNS countries and territories. The incumbent will be responsible for bringing a consistent, world-class approach to the way benefits are developed and distributed on the network and will partner with enterprise COEs to access, deploy and communicate assets.**Key responsibilities:**+ Create, deploy and communicate high quality, go-to-market assets, toolkits and comms+ Support on strategic benefits initiatives, including global offers negotiation and execution+ Maintain accurate and up to date content on benefits website+ Support NPD governance for benefits, to ensure compliant processes whilst enabling timely delivery of product launches and refreshes+ Support regional teams with benefits communication strategies to ensure effective marketing+ Work with agencies and lead vendor management processes**Qualifications:**+ 2-5 Years of experience+ Critical thinker. Able to problem solve and convert solutions into clear, actionable project plans+ Strong planning and organizational skills, with high attention to detail. Ability to anticipate, project manage and deliver complex processes, projects and reporting+ Collaborate and build trusting relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners+ Understand and be passionate about the external landscape and customer needs+ Experienced working across diverse and complex geographies, with a significant degree of cultural sensitivity and awareness+ Be an integral part of the GNS Product & Marketing team, contributing to the team culture, values and strategic priorities+ Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills+ Preferred: Bilingual candidate in Spanish/English**Qualifications**Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
