This is a unique opportunity to represent our brand on a global scale by providing world-class “in-person” customer experiences through a one-of-a-kind shopping experience reflective of KREWE’s spirit of hospitality and creativity. You will act as a KREWE ambassador and host of the store by providing leadership to your team and continuously raising the bar for exceptional customer experiences and the delivery of impeccable brand standards. In this role you will be responsible for consistently achieving sales & profitability goals, operational objectives, merchandising standards and developing a highly successful team that will be motivated to grow, contribute and advance with KREWE.Responsibilities and Duties:Business Leader+ Execute the brand's retail and optical strategies including exceptional customer experiences, client relations management, employee performance, and community connectivity increasing the brand awareness, driving traffic into the store, and broadening and developing the clientele base+ Aware of business trends that relate to the success of the store and brand+ Make informed recommendations for store opportunities that will lead to increased sales, foot traffic and further enhance customer relationships and the overall in-store experience+ Demonstrate strong business acumen through KPI’s to develop and support business driving strategies+ Lead team by leveraging company tools, incentives & strategies to support meeting sales goals+ Identify and communicate individual and team training needsPeople Leader+ Recruits and hires superior talent with experience in an elevated customer service environment+ Facilitate new hire onboarding, and on-going training verification for team members+ On-going coaching for improved performance+ Ensure that the sales team genuinely exudes KREWE’s unique customer experience+ Creates an environment that encourages the development of managers and associates+ Consistently drive and motivate the store team utilizing company performance tools to evaluate, achieve and exceed individual sales goals and store KPIs (Conversion, Average Sales, UPT, etc.)+ Ensure that the store team is educated in product, fit, styling and optical knowledgeOperations Leader+ Ensure the team adhere to all store visual brand standards on selling floor and back of house+ Maintain merchandising standards, inventory levels and communicates weekly product needs+ Supervise inventory management to ensure store shrink is at or below company target+ Complete all required daily and weekly reporting and to give insight to the business needs+ Manage and adheres headcount and payroll budgets+ Lead and manage store to deliver P&L objectives+ Plan for future business needs to continually improve business results+ Compliance with all company policies and procedures+ Make well-versed recommendations to help improve the company's operational systems and processesBusiness Partner+ Identify opportunities in product, sales, and team development and strategically present ideas and solutions to corporate+ Resolve all customer issues and/or complaints in a timely manner to deliver exceptional service opportunities+ Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to support organizational goals+ Communicate effectively and efficiently with all levels in the organization, including the executive team+ Partner with field and HQ leaders to establish effective events based on local seasonality to build location awareness+ Strategize and execute in-store events to drive incremental revenue+ Demonstrate an ability to navigate the organization with a balance of business need and brand culture+ Conduct regular store meetings to motivate the team, and communicate brand initiativesQualifications and Skills:+ Advanced knowledge of fashion trends and a keen interest in eyewear+ Minimum 5 years experience in retail sales and management; optical experience preferred+ Strong financial acumen including advanced retail math knowledge; ability to translate monthly sales goals into daily, weekly goals+ Ability to manage a store with high visibility and frequent executive visits+ Born leader with a strong work ethic+ Keen understanding of all aspects of store operations+ Thrives in a goal-oriented working environment+ Proven history of exceeding expectations time and again+ A knack for conversation and always presenting products in their best light+ Passion for providing a unique customer experience+ Intuitive when it comes to meeting customer demands+ Self-sufficiency at organizing and managing multiple clients simultaneously+ Ability to remain flexible throughout a collaborative retail experience+ Someone who shares our inquisitive nature, affinity for fashion and design, self-motivated, and good-work-requires-having-fun mentalityBenefits and Perks:+ Competitive wage+ Health, vision and dental insurance+ Retirement plan available+ Parental leave policy+ Free KREWE frames (duh.)+ Spend your time in a truly "one of a kind" retail experience+ Quarterly cultural spend to encourage our get out, see the city, "do you" mentality+ Employee incentive program+ Ongoing educational allowance+ Employee referral bonusesKREWE believes in providing an inclusive workplace where all individuals have the opportunity to succeed.
