Summary We are looking for a dynamic and collaborative Sr. Editorial & Content Strategy Specialist with exceptional attention to detail to join the Chobani Communications team. Reporting to the Director of Editorial & Content Strategy, you will be responsible for developing multimedia content to increase brand awareness and foster brand love. You will also spearhead the sophistication of Chobani’s editorial and content development process, working cross-functionally with members of the Communications team and key collaborators across the company to develop and sustain a long-term communications planning process. You are a strategic problem solver and a champion for change, continuously innovating to simplify processes and improve efficiency. Responsibilities Facilitate engaging and productive editorial meetings, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering team-focused decision-making among team members. Pitch and develop compelling content for Chobani Newsroom and our Linkedin that aligns with our brand voice, style guidelines, and business goals to enhance brand visibility and promote engagement

Oversee the development of event content, including working cross-functionally to build and own detailed workback schedules and tacking milestones, deadlines, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery of content

Gain a comprehensive understanding of the business to approach storytelling opportunities journalistically, asking informed questions to understand how initiatives intersect with the company’s mission. Drive operational efficiency across teams and processes, proactively identifying needs, proposing solutions, and introducing tools to optimize team productivity. Educate team members through hands-on training sessions and robust processes documentation to drive adoption of new tools (e.g., Airtable, SharePoint) and processes. Build and maintain editorial and content development calendars

Develop an analytics dashboard to establish benchmarks for success in partnership with Communications team leaders. Build and distribute performance reports to the Communications team, analyzing data to identify trends and translate insights into actionable strategies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field Minimum of five years’ related experience Outstanding written and verbal interpersonal communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with team leaders and peers Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Enthusiastic, reliable, and self-motivated with strong time management and prioritization skills Proficiency in Airtable is required About Us Chobani is a food maker with a mission of making high-quality and nutritious food accessible to more people, while elevating our communities and making the world a healthier place. Compensation Range: $83,200.00 - $124,800.00, plus bonus.
