Responsible for the inputs and the development of highly effective Decide/Sales Plans and the definition of AmpS Strategies based on a deep understanding of the categories, customers, shoppers and the business. As the local voice of sales, this role is the liaison between Sales and Brand Studios and the local Trade Marketing go-to person for other functions. Works with Sales Analysts to generate insights and foresights which feed into or adjust the Sales Plans, as needed. Leads Sales Promotion (SP) budget and contributes to the Trade Spending (TS) planning in alignment with AmpS as well as its target and policy compliance. Oversees execution of Sales Plans through the internal and external teams.**In this role, you will:**Own the Business Planning, by developing local Sales Plans including AmpS targets, Trade Spending and Sales Promotion required to support it. Provides volume, TS and SP inputs in ongoing planning processes. This role Contributes to the achievement of the annual volume and profit commitments. Works with Sales Analysts and leads adjustments to the Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP) and Trade Spending (TS) targets, specifically defining their impact resulting from innovation, Sales trends and Trade Programs.**Some of the key tasks are** :+ Working with a cross-functional perspective between marketing and sales, provides SMART inputs and Gap Closing recommendations for the Sales Team on Assortment, Merchandising, Pricing, and Shelving (AMPS) aligned with the Company’s three D’s (Desire, Delight, and Decide).+ Partner with Sales Manager to ensure execution of targets complying with timelines/due dates established by customers and Distributors. Supports the long-term category development plan and innovation pipeline by ensuring timely deployment of the sales tools and Sales Plan.+ Active participant of Project Meetings to stay on top of innovation timelines, requirements and deliverables.+ Reports initiative results, leads pre and post analysis of Trade programs and initiatives while supervising for payout, volume and ROI.+ Partners with agencies and suppliers to develop and coordinate initiatives or projects while ensuring budget compliance, efficiency and ROI+ Presents approved plans to Distributor and Sales following the timelines and drives for timely execution.+ Leads TM Specialist, CAS Analyst and Merchandising teams to supervise and guarantee AmpS compliance and Sales Plan execution with excellence. Feeds local input, trends and competitive activity to the Brand Studios to align recommended action plans. Leverages on business analysis and insights to recommend actions and/or adjustments to the plans as needed. Customer and Shopper Understanding.+ Keep up to date on shopper, channel and customer trends and behaviors as input for strategic planning and development of customer/channel-specific strategies and/or products for his/her assigned categories. Develop and mine shopper/customer insights initiatives to improve our understanding of the shopper/customer and build the business.\#LI-Hybrid.**What we look for:**+ 5+ years of related experience such as: Trade Promotions ,.Planning & Activations, Category or Brand Management.+ BBA, BA in Business Administration, preferred concentration Marketing or equivalent working experience.+ Proven track record of effective planning and organization.+ Leadership abilities to influence direct reports as well as peers.+ Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.+ Ability to work under specific guidelines and time frames.+ Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.+ Able to work in multiple tasks.+ Drive to obtain results through analytics and decision making.+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Spanish.+ Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, and Power Point).+ Technical knowledge of the area.+ Effective leader and team player.**Workplace type:**Hybrid.**We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
