We are seeking smart, passionate, ambitious, and hardworking team players that share our passion for health & well-being.About the role: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Product Marketing to drive the growth and success of our new product lines. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing & Digital Officer, the Director of Product Marketing will play a pivotal role in maintaining and developing product positioning and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive awareness, demand, and loyalty.Job Responsibilities:+ Develop and execute product marketing strategies and plans for existing product portfolio and new wellness product launches across nutrition, supplement and beauty categories, aligning with overall business objectives and growth targets.+ Define and articulate compelling value propositions for Sakara's product portfolio, highlighting unique benefits and differentiation in the market.+ Lead cross-functional collaboration with product development, marketing, and creative teams to bring new products to market, ensuring seamless integration of product positioning, messaging, and creative assets.+ Conduct in-depth market analysis and consumer research to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights, leveraging data to inform product development and marketing strategies.+ Drive product lifecycle management, from product conceptualization and development to launch and post-launch optimization, ensuring products meet customer needs and deliver against business objectives.+ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media, to drive product awareness, consideration, and conversion.+ Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, optimizing strategies and tactics based on performance insights.+ Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation within the supplements and beauty categories.Job Requirements:+ 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of success in consumer goods, beauty, or wellness industries.+ Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive landscape within the supplements and beauty categories.+ Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with product development, marketing, and creative teams to bring products to market.+ Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies and plans.+ Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.+ Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.This full-time role is based at our NYC Headquarters in Soho.
