This is a rare opportunity to help shepherd the creative process of a widely admired brand.As the Senior Manager of Creative Operations, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire creative workflow, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our brand vision. You will coordinate a team of creative professionals, managing schedules, resources, and project timelines using Monday.com as our primary project management tool. Your background in a successful advertising agency or large internal creative department will bring invaluable insights and best practices to streamline our operations.At its core, this is a highly cross-functional project management role. You will be the right-hand to creative team members in helping them prioritize and plan out their work. You will be the liaison between creative and other teams, including the marketing team, finance, operations, product development and product/tech. You draw inspiration from many sources and love being around creatives and building strong cross-functional relationships.Job Responsibilities:Project Management:+ Oversee all creative projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets+ Utilize Monday.com to create detailed project plans, track progress, and manage workflows across the creative team and cross functional teams+ Act as the gatekeeper to all incoming tasks and projects+ Resource creative team’s time based on active projects and upcoming projects+ Manage, book and create contracts for creative freelancers+ Manage Creative budget and work with CMO and CBO to discuss any budget challenges+ Lead daily stand-up calls to discuss resourcing, challenges, and projects updatesProcess Optimization:+ Ensure existing creative processes are being followed and maintained to ensure productivity remains high and quality of deliverables meets brand standards+ Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in current workflows, making recommendations for best practicesStakeholder Collaboration:+ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Innovation, and Product Development, to align timelines and creative initiatives with overall business goals+ Act as a primary liaison between creative teams and other departments, ensuring clear communication and expectationsBrand Quality Control:+ Establish and uphold quality standards for all creative outputs, ensuring alignment with Sakara’s brand identity, messaging and guidelinesJob Requirements:+ Minimum 6+ years of experience in creative operations or project management, preferably within an advertising agency or large internal creative department+ Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment+ Proficiency in project management tools, particularly Monday.com and Harvest-Forecast+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills+ Print production management skills+ Photoshoot production experience+ Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team of creative professionals+ Experience in building relationships and collaborating across departments+ Deep understanding of creative processes, branding, and marketing principles+ Ability to balance creative vision with operational efficiencyThis full-time role is based at our NYC Headquarters in Soho.
