Job Summary: Join our team as a Customer Relationship Ambassador for Arlington Toyota! This role combines social media prowess with hands-on hospitality skills. You'll create and edit content, live stream events, interact with customers online and in-person. If you are creative, customer-oriented, and sales-driven, we want you! Key Responsibilities: * Content Creation & Engagement: * Create, edit, and publish engaging content for our social media platforms. * Live stream events and activities, showcasing our dealership. * Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into our content strategy. * Customer Interaction: * Interact with customers online and in-person, providing exceptional service. * Engage in conversations to promote the dealership and the customers activities in the dealership. * Sales & Promotion: * Develop and implement strategies to drive additional customers to our sales and service departments. * Promote our market and other offerings through engaging content and direct customer interactions. * Collaborate with customers to align our digital and in-person customer experiences. Qualifications: * Proven experience in social media content creation and engagement. * Hospitality or customer service experience. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. * Comfort and confidence in front of the camera. * Strong editing skills with proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar. * Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. * Friendly, charming, and able to build rapport with customers. * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. * Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends. * High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality, marketing, sales, or related fields is a plus.
