Equipped with a first-of-its-kind 5G network, a passion for change and the power to drive it, we’ll emerge as the nation’s fourth facilities-based wireless carrier and a disruptive force in the market at large.**Job Duties and Responsibilities**We are seeking a strategic, savvy Product Marketing Manager to project manage, develop and execute campaign strategies that promote our new device launches and device offers and engage our target audience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive excitement around device propositions that directly leads to customer conversions and business growth.**Key Responsibilities:**In this role, you will:+ Build foundational understanding of mobile device landscape, including competitive and seasonal dynamics, and key customer purchase drivers.+ Align with demand and supply teams on offer constructs needed throughout the annual GTM cycle.+ Own and manage an integrated 12-month calendar of devices and offers, including marketing support and activation channels.+ Develop and implement Go-to-Market plans and strategies that align with brand objectives and drive growth, using market research insights to target consumer needs.+ Collaborate with internal teams and manage external agencies to create resonant messaging, content, and execute marketing initiatives, while managing budgets and timelines.+ Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjust strategies to maximize ROI, maintain brand consistency, and stay updated with industry trends.**Skills, Experience and Requirements****Education and Experience:**+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in integrated marketing/brand marketing project management, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns**Skills and Qualiifications:**+ Experience in market research, developing marketing plans and managing budgets and timelines+ Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders+ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop insights that inform marketing strategy+ Experience with digital marketing, social media, content marketing, local marketing, and in-store marketing+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic+ Knowledge of the retail wireless industry a plus**Salary Ranges**Compensation: $75,600.00/Year - $103,375.00/Year**Benefits**We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits .The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
