If you are a dynamic and strategic communicator with a passion for making an impact, we invite you to join our team and help us tell our story to the world.**Key Responsibilities:**+ Strategic Messaging: Develop and refine our messaging strategy to align with our business goals and brand positioning+ Content Creation: Produce high-quality written content for use across marketing materials+ Media Relations: Cultivate relationships with media outlets and manage press inquiries+ Serve as a consultant on public facing communications for our leadership team+ Team Leadership: Grow a team to mentor and supervise communication specialists, fostering professional growth+ Brand Management: Monitor and maintain our public image, ensuring consistency and authenticity+ Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to coordinate communication initiatives and achieve objectives with corporate communications and internal communications teams+ Measurement and Analysis: Establish KPIs to evaluate communication effectiveness and inform future strategies+ Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation**Skills, Experience and Requirements****Education and Experience:**+ Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field; Master's degree preferred+ 7+ years of related experience**Skills and Qualifications:**+ Proven success in senior communications roles with strategic planning experience+ Exceptional writing, public speaking, and crisis management skills+ Strong leadership ability with experience managing high-performing teams+ Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms+ Commitment to continuous learning and professional development**Salary Ranges**Compensation: $127,050.00/Year - $181,500.00/Year**Benefits**We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits .The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
