They are responsible for the design, development, and execution of marketing programs that support the organization's products and services.**What You'll Do:**+ Develop and recommend marketing plans and strategies consistent with revenue and leasing goals of the property. Develop and recommend budgets for marketing initiatives.+ Identify, coordinate and facilitate promotional events, corporate sponsorships and other marketing efforts to aggressively build monthly traffic.+ Communicate effectively with staff, tenants, public, corporate management and ownership. Keep stakeholders apprised of marketing activities and results through monthly reports, newsletters and ongoing correspondence.+ Interpret census data, media rankings, website data, survey results and all other forms of marketing related information.+ Coordinate the development, production and distribution of print/web collateral materials.+ Manage relationship with contracted marketing vendors. Obtain competitive bids for services and recommends service providers as appropriate.+ Provide technical assistance to other staff members in use of marketing software applications to prepare marketing and promotional materials.+ Maintain website and social media channels for the property.+ Perform other duties as assigned.**What You'll Need:**To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.+ Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.+ Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.+ Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.+ Intermediate math skills. The salary range for the Property Marketing Specialist position is $60,000 - $65,000. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
