This role is for a strong visual storyteller who can shoot creative content while adhering to strategic messaging; editing content may be required. The ideal candidate should have an affinity for camera technology, a deep understanding of lighting, green/blue screen, and live production. Strong editing skills and knowledge of industry editing software and processes; including Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), Davinci Resolve Studio. This role is hands-on and includes involvement in live broadcasts, narrative and branded content.HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:• Coordinate with producers and project managers to establish project scope and assist in determining camera, lighting and crew requirements.• Work with Creative Leads and Producers as a videographer/editor to see projects through completion and delivery. To include advanced editing skills and techniques, editing single camera and multi-camera, keying, audio, color correction, exports, etc.• Source freelance production talent, communicate and enforce best practices as they work with the department’s sound stage, equipment and related technology.• Function independently, or as a team, in various production roles: cinematographer, editor, camera operator, gaffer, grip, etc.• Research and advise on latest industry related practices and technologies – help maximize the space we film in and the equipment we have available to us.WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM:The Herbalife Creative Studio Team is a close-knit group of writers, designers, producers, editors, motion artists, project managers, and creative leaders collaborating to bring solutions to our internal partners, regional stakeholders, and executive leadership team.Much like Herbalife Distributors, our Creative Studio brings a “No problem!” attitude to planning, execution, and delivery of a high volume of projects, often with fast turnarounds and modest budgets.Our work provides creative expression to sales and marketing materials, brand identity, internal and external communications, social media, executive messaging, live events, and other Distributor experiences.We rise to every challenge and continuously strive to “Build it Better” with talent, tenacity, teamwork, and trust.If you can bring technical skill and a fraternal spirit, along with some old-fashioned grit and good gut instincts, and this sounds like the place you belong, then we would love to have you on our team.**Qualifications**SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:• Ability to work in various positions on a production/camera crew.• Proficient in camera technology, including black magic cameras systems and LED lighting.• Skilled in lighting and filming against green/blue screen• Experience with studio filming and on-site production• Field Shooting and Lighting experience• Adobe Premiere and Adobe Suite experience• DaVinci Resolve Studio knowledge a plus.• Able to travel internationally.
