+ Under minimal supervision, coordinates projects and provides technical support to investigators.+ Designs data collection tools, manages databases and other project resources, participates in statistical data analysis, and prepares papers for publication and presentation.+ Serves as a departmental and system-wide resource.+ Ability to interact with both internal and external customers at all levels.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:+ Bachelor's Degree in related field and six to twelve (6-12) months of responsible experience.+ Master's Degree in Health Care Administration, or Clinical Research preferred.+ Coursework or equivalent experience in clinical research, technical writing, statistics, research methodology, database management, health care finance and health economics desired.+ Competency with spreadsheets, data base, and statistical software, preferred.+ Demonstrated verbal and written skills and mathematical and analytical skills are required in order to interact with various levels of staf+ Preferred Skills+ Adult Phlebotomy strong preferred OR willingness to learn, able to work in a office and hospital setting, schedule may vary, and strong communication skillsAdditional Information+ Organization: Henry Ford Medical Group+ Department: Research Design and Analysis+ Shift: Rotating+ Union Code: Not ApplicableAdditional DetailsThis posting represents the major duties, responsibilities, and authorities of this job, and is not intended to be a complete list of all tasks and functions.
