This role involves managing multiple projects, overseeing the entire packaging design process, and making critical decisions to drive innovation and maintain brand consistency. The Design Manager is responsible for problem-solving design challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring budget adherence, and fostering a creative and collaborative work environment. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
