With 2023 revenues of $20\.4 billion, we are a Fortune 500 company who is committed to providing an inclusive work environment with continuous learning opportunities and development for our teams\.**GENERAL PURPOSE:**As a member of the Communications & Engagement team, the Lead, Communications & Engagement role requires a generalist communications professional, with intranet design and execution expertise, to drive internal Associate facing campaigns/initiatives, reinforcing Company messages and culture in support of strategic business objectives together with the broader team\.Based in Dublin, the position reports to a Manager of Communications & Engagement and is responsible for the day\-to\-day operation and management of Company intranets, as well as supporting communications in the Dublin/Corporate Office\. The role also supports creative content creation and Associate event execution, as needed\.The Lead role collaborates closely with other team members, business partners, and \- where required \- external vendors\. In addition, provides support to the NY based team as needed\.The position requires having hands\-on experience with intranet design and execution, as well as with creative tools and technologies\. It also requires being up to date with the latest intranet trends and best practices in Associate\-facing communications\.The base salary range for this role is $75,700 \- $113,650\. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location\. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees\. Other rewards vary by position and location\.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**Intranet \- Manage daily intranet operations showcasing the Company's values, culture, and self\-service functions\. Specifically:• Develop annual intranet content/channel roadmap together with the Manager, leveraging business partner feedback and market insights to inform strategies\.• Manage company intranet portal design and creation using SharePoint/Office 365\. This includes publishing web pages and implementing development concepts while ensuring all content is kept up to date\. Given the nature of communications, this role may at times require support on weekends and holidays\.• Train and coach content creators and site administrators to ensure their content is up to date and they are aligned with the overall intranet strategy\.• Develop and maintain a monthly editorial calendar, create and/or coordinate content and graphic design for multiple posts each week, and host meetings with business partners to share calendar and ensure all groups are aligned as needed\.• Manage process for publishing news and other content updates, including review/approval via workflows to ensure completeness, timeliness, accuracy, and relevancy\. Ensure a consistent voice is used and AP grammatical standards, as well as Ross and dd's brand standards\.• Provide ongoing checks on content compliance and ensure intranet pages are up to date and aligned with any organizational and other changes\.• Monitor and analyze site analytics, develop reporting for key performance indicators\. Together with Manager, determine core insights and steps for improvement\.Dublin/Corporate Office Communications: Support building trusted relationships with business partners and develop communications strategies, solutions, and content to deliver information and experiences through the right channels and at the right time in support of Associate engagement and retention\. Specific areas of Manager and team support:• Proactively identify and write stories for Company\-wide emails, announcements, and portal content, leveraging the internal editorial calendar to enhance communications campaigns and local messages\.• Design engaging and visually compelling graphics for digital and print materials, including but not limited to portal infographics and presentations\.• Develop storylines and oversee execution of short and long\-form videos\.• Develop content for small or large\-scale business meetings, including but not limited to leader talking points, FAQs, speeches, presentations, and video scripts, as well as assisting with event logistics\.• Synthesize complex information into clear, concise, and compelling leader presentations\.Other: As part of a matrix team, actively engage as needed in ad hoc tasks and projects\.**COMPETENCIES:**People• Building Effective Teams• Developing Talent• CollaborationSelf• Leading by Example• Communicates Effectively• Ensures Accountability and Execution• Manages ConflictBusiness• Business Acumen• Plans, Aligns and Prioritizes• Organizational AgilityWith particular emphasis on the following specific position\-related competencies:• Drive for Results & Impact• Customer\-service Mindset• Business Acumen & Strategic Agility• Problem Solving• Attention to Detail & Confidentiality• Embraces & Deals with Ambiguity• Planning & Project Management• Adapts to Different People Styles**QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:**• BA / BS degree• Communications professional with 5\+ years' experience\.• Strong background in intranet strategy and execution, including messaging, creative and campaigns\.• Excellent written/oral communications and project/stakeholder management skills\.• Strong organizational skills with ability to juggle changing priorities and act quickly and confidently in a fast\-paced environment\.• Comfortable working with business partners and leaders; able to manage sensitive and confidential situations discreetly and with diplomacy\.• Creative design experience and proficiency working with Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, and Adobe Creative Suite\.• Strong interpersonal skills, able to perform in a matrixed team and step in to support other team initiatives as needed\.**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA:**This role requires regular in\-office presence, including attending in\-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback\.
