This position is responsible for organizing the work-flow at the front desk, scheduling appointments and communicating with buyers. Will assist the consultants and/or studio management with administrative tasks as needed. Will also assist the sales department as needed.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**+ **Organize and maintain the work-flow at the front desk including:**+ Schedules and confirms buyer appointments+ Greets buyers and explains the Studio browse process and supporting documentation+ Maintains studio lot files+ Answers telephones in a prompt and courteous manner+ Prepares buyer files for final appointments+ **Administrative support not directly related to buyers:**+ Monitors the studio regularly to maintain presentable order and neatness+ Delivers buyer "start" packages to the main office+ Schedules weekly staff meetings and other events, drafts meeting agendas and organizes supporting documentation+ Data entry of information into company databases or spreadsheets+ Runs various studio reports and distributes to appropriate parties+ Orders office supplies**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:****Education/Certifications/Licenses**+ High school degree or equivalent required+ Associates degree preferred**Experience**+ Prior office experience required, including strong computer usage and typing+ Homebuilding, retail or customer service experience preferred**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**+ Exceptional organizational capability, including the ability to multi-task+ Strong people skills, including the capability to handle various personalities and develop professional relationships+ Action oriented, with the drive to complete projects and tasks to successful closure+ Proven ability of being customer centric by seeking solutions from the customer's perspective+ Strong verbal & written communication+ Strong ability to work within a team-setting, inclusive of other's ideas, and a willingness to cooperate+ Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.**Work Requirements**+ Work 8-hour days with flexibility for overtime when necessary+ Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner to potential buyers, trade partners, and coworkers to reinforce goodwill and profitability for the company+ Position is located on-site (1916 Ayrsley Town Blvd Suite 110 Charlotte NC 28273) #LI-onsiteFind out why KB Home is attracting and retaining the best employees!
