and stewardship are key elements of everything we do!We are hiring a Director of Marketing (ARC Education) for our growing team! The Director of Marketing for ARC Education is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of marketing and communication strategies. The Director will lead the implementation of marketing and communication strategies while building a scalable model that can be replicated in ARC centers and across ARC Education entities.Key Responsibilities:+ Marketing and communications including the development of a scalable model of marketing/recruiting for ARC Education+ Assists with execution and evaluation of marketing strategy for both The Millard College (TMC) and The Millard School and any other ARC Education entity.+ Assist with communication plans for ARC Education entities.+ Increase retention of all clients in order to increase enrollment at TMC+ Personal/Professional Development of TMC ambassadors (at large centers first then scale to small centers) - ambassadors should be both ARC and TMC employees and TMC students+ Performs other duties assigned.Key Experience and Education Needed:+ A Master’s degree is preferred.+ Substance abuse experience preferred.+ Appropriate State and Federal ClearancesKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop and present comprehensive reports.+ Excellent interpersonal skills.+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to exercise initiative, judgment, and discretion.+ Leadership skills.+ Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.+ he job description which are related to work as a member of an addiction treatment teamARC full-time employees enjoy very attractive benefits packages for employees and their families including health, dental, vision, life insurance, a wide array of ancillary insurance products for life’s needs, a 401(k) plan with company matching and to ensure the work-life balance - generous paid vacation, sick, holiday and maternity/paternity leave policies.Come join the ARC team and transform lives anchored in strong family relationships, social responsibility, and meaningful career paths by empowering our nationally recognized crisis to career model while being your B.E.S.T.!Addiction Recovery Care, LLC and its affiliated entities are an equal opportunity employer.ADA Disclaimer: In developing this job description care was taken to include all competencies needed to successfully perform in this position.
