Physical Sciences Librarian_

The Physical Sciences Librarian is a critical member of the Libraries’ Digital and Open Scholarship Team, situated within the Department of Research and Scholarship. The Physical Sciences Librarian ensures that the Libraries’ collections and services support the academic, creative, and research needs of students and faculty in Physics, Math, Chemistry, and Forensic Science. The Librarian provides essential services, including reference assistance, information literacy instruction, and collection development, and serves as the Libraries’ point of contact for these departments and programs. As a member of the Digital and Open Scholarship team, the Librarian contributes to broader library services supporting new modes of digital scholarship, research data management, and the creation and distribution of open content. This librarian will partner with colleagues in the Libraries and across campus to provide research data services.SU Libraries / Library
