**Summary:**We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated leader to join our Communications Measurement Team at Meta. You will lead the CMT Insights program which will be an indispensable resource that shapes decision making across the org. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating, distilling and reporting CMT insights, spanning media intelligence, social listening and comms measurement data. You will be a strategic partner to comms leadership, gathering qualitative and quantitative insights on the most business-critical priorities - across product, public affairs, tech policy and business strategy. The ability to work quickly and adapt to an ever-changing environment is a must. You should be an excellent writer who enjoys the hard work of making things clear and simple.**Required Skills:**Insights Lead, Communications Responsibilities:1. Build and lead an insights reporting program within the Communications and Public Affairs org.2. Advise on how to optimize media strategies and campaigns through the application of social, traditional and messaging insights.3. Collate and editorialize insights from across CMT (measurement, metrics, intelligence) to produce comprehensive, clear and actionable insights for the org.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including social media analysts, researchers, and communication managers - to define a learning agenda and implement its findings.5. Represent the work of the Communications and Measurement team in forums.**Minimum Qualifications:**Minimum Qualifications:6. Proven written and verbal communication skills, with the skill to present findings and insights effectively.7. Proven analytical skills with proven experience interpreting complex data and translating it into actionable recommendations.8. Experience producing not just research outputs, but driving outcomes.9. Proven attention to detail and the skill to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.10. 10+ years of experience in media, politics, campaigns or corporate environment.**Preferred Qualifications:**Preferred Qualifications:11. Specific experience working on political campaigns, polling, market research or strategic communications is a plus.12.
