Location Address:2500 Windy Ridge Parkway, Atlanta, Georgia 30339Work Shift:Salary Exempt (United States of America)Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, the Marketing Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and updating the company's digital catalog, collaborating with various teams, and supporting marketing strategies and initiatives. This position requires the development of digital marketing campaigns, SEO optimization, and the creation of marketing collateral. The Marketing Specialist will role requires a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual who can successfully collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth through events and campaigns.Responsibilities:+ Maintain digital catalog and lead digital catalog refresh, working closely with vendors and handling all requests for product data and images.+ Establish internal process for updating/adding catalog items+ Collaborate with design, innovation, marketing and sales team to benefit catalog and internal process+ Work with and support Envision team to establish marketing strategies, goals, and initiatives+ Assist in developing digital marketing campaigns for our target audience+ Brainstorm innovative ideas to boost brand presence and attract new customers+ Optimize SEO for maximum search exposure+ Design and create digital marketing pieces to support sales and product collateral+ Assist in the production of marketing and product videos+ Collaborate with the team on writing and implementing advertising for display/search ads, landing pages, video and positioning to ensure brand standards and accuracy+ Collaborate with the team to produce, monitor and optimize multiple digital campaigns+ Assist in tradeshow planning and logistics+ Create, maintain and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms to extract and recommend key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies+ Continuously stay abreast of digital trends and technology and make recommendations for new opportunities or enhancements to existing systemRequirements:Experience working on marketing campaigns and knowledge of digital marketing and social media platformsExperience using design tools to develop promotional creative (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)High-level understanding of a B2B businessExperience with a CRM system, preferably DynamicsAbility to work independently, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlinesExcellent organizational, project management, and time management skillsAbility to work well under pressure and maintain a customer-service mindsetPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field2-3 years experience working in graphic design, sales, marketing, and communicationsExperience in event planning or event coordination in a corporate environment with a proven track record of creative and successful events is a plusAltium Packaging, Our Culture Differentiates Us!
