The work is meaningful, the culture is rewarding, and the purpose is eternal.The Church Lead Designer/Project Administrator position exists to develop, design, and implement brand art under the direction of The Focused Pastor Marketing Manager. Creates high-quality marketing materials for various marketing channels, including digital ads, print materials, social and web content, maintains and updates the visual assets library. Ensures all design materials are up-to-date and accessible to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines of The Focused Pastor and Focus on the Family.Essential Duties/Responsibilities:+ Directs improvement and ongoing maintenance of The Focused Pastor Website and social media channels; serves as subject matter expert for internal operational and functional expertise of the church membership platform built on WordPress and salesforce+ Works in collaboration with the Marketing Manager for The Focused Pastor in planning, executing, and monitoring TFP marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social, email, etc.)+ Gathers and organizes creative assets from internal ministry initiatives to ensure TFP has up to date marketing materials+ Tracks project progress, manages timelines, and communicates updates to the Marketing Manager for weekly and monthly eNewsletters, art development projects, and events related to The Focused Pastor+ Coordinates with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and campaigns+ Works in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to execute the marketing of events like the couples conference and exhibits at pastoral conferences.
